Shipping and Returns
All orders shipped within the continental US will receive free standard shipping. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, and other US territories will be $5 flat rate.
Shipping outside of the U.S.
At this time, international orders are available to Canada only. Please contact our Customer Service team for information about shipping to Canada.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 1-3 business days of the order being placed, unless a later ship date has been requested. Orders shipped anywhere in the continental United States will arrive within 3-5 business days of the order date. For any orders being shipped outside of the United States, please contact our Customer Service department.
Discounts and Coupon Codes
Discounts and Coupon Codes will be applied to your total purchase prior to shipping charges.
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned within 30 days of the order delivery date by contacting Customer Service at 1-833-692-6766 or emailing them at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our friendly staff will provide you with a return label and packing instructions for your return.
- We gladly accept returns of items that are unused, unworn, and in good condition with original hangtags and packaging attached. Returns without tags will receive merchandise credit and be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. Your refund will include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax.
- Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
- Only items purchased through www.cosmostylejewelry.com may be returned to our online warehouse. Items purchased through any of our retail partners must be returned to the place of purchase.
- Specials items and select promotions are considered final sale merchandise and cannot be returned.
Damaged and Defective Items
In the case of items damaged during shipment, please immediately contact our Customer Service department at 1-833-692-6766 or email them at email@example.com. We will work with you to replace your item at no charge to you as fast as we can.
